At The Prevention Project™ we strive to educate the professional community as well as the general public on the reality of non-contact problematic sexual behavior, including how to accurately assess and treat this growing population. We realize that most often public hysteria and the media's portrayal of individuals who commit sex crimes trumps research on recidivism rates. Our goal is to disseminate the latest research in a way that clinicians, law enforcement, attorneys, judges, task forces, parole boards, and the community can understand so that we can ensure that individuals with non-contact sexual thoughts, fantasies, and behaviors get the accurate treatment they need longterm.

In June of 2016, Candice & her team hosted a community event exploring on-line risks and safety issues. We were met with an overwhelming plea by community members asking for our help in creating a curriculum for youth and young adults that would help them stay safe on and off-line. This was where The Love Ed. Movement™ was born...
BULLYING, CYBER-BULLYING, SEXTORTION, "REVENGE" PORN, INTIMATE PARTNER ABUSE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, SEXTING & NUDE SELFIES...ALL OF THESE ARE CLEARLY VOID OF REAL INTIMACY.
The Love Ed. Movement™ provides Intimacy Education™ that addresses all of these issues! Our team has the clinical expertise necessary to provide Intimacy Education™ to teens and young adults in the community, at schools and colleges, for various organizations, and at parent events nationwide. We teach the primary components necessary for having Real Intimacy which entail more than sex. We educate youth and young adults that real intimacy matters AND that they matter as well. Our expert clinical team is trained to accurately address the various risky behavior that so many teens and young aults engage in, including: the trauma and addictive tendencies that often result from viewing [violent] pornography; bullying and cyber-bulling, sexting that can result in charges of producing child pornography, sextortion, revenge pornography, intimate partner violence, and self harm or even suicide as a result of relationship problems. We believe in prevention through education; therefore, we address the dangers and consequences on and off line as well as ways to remain safe in a world where problematic behavior has become second nature for many teens and young adults.
